I compare my pricing daily, and I’m usually lower 90% of the time.  I have very aggressive interest rate pricing on all VA loans. I compare my pricing to other companies daily, and I am consistently lower.  I have an average clear-to-close time of 14-days on Conventional and VA loans, both purchase and refinance.

I do the following upon receipt of contract
-I actually read the contract.

-I confirm COE, Approval, and Appraisal Contingency dates.

-I call all parties involved to introduce myself and give my contact info.

-I get HOA information upfront if there are HOAs involved.

-I confirm the POC for appraisal access.

Additionally
For your client, I make the real estate closing and the loan closing feel like one seamless process that you are in charge of.  I update you at every major event along the process – even though my process is so short. I can update you via text message, email, or phone call.  I’m open to participating in CFPB compliant MSAs.
